The best dealership to buy and sell cars and unbelievable customer service ..awesome people. I am extremely happy with their service ..I bought Genesis on reasonable price and sales man Adam and Sales Manager Ryan down to earth persons ..I would love to go there. Thank you so much. The service department is an awesome. People working there are also friendly and explain the things very good way .

Ben Kozel - 12 STAR customer service. 😁 He was absolutely incredible to deal with! Him and the finance team made my first car purchasing experience a dream. They not only got me into a better car than I imagined, they helped me into a better situation for my money and my credit and were HONEST about every aspect. I feel this is the most important part! I left feeling great and with so much more knowledge! and a new car of course! Usually going in to a dealership or making a big purchase sales people can be intimidating and I was honestly terrified of what I was getting myself into. Ben made it a very comforting and exciting experience for me. It was like car shopping with your family! He made sure I had every question answered, he replied to my many messages and questions pretty much immediately! I was never left waiting or questioning anything. He went over every detail of the car I purchased, made sure I met the whole team so that if I ever need anything I know exactly what to do! The whole experience just ended up being fun and rewarding! I looked at a few other dealerships before coming to River City and I have to say nothing can even compare to the quality of customer service I got from Ben and his team!

This is the nicest dealership I have ever seen. The staff were very attentive. Kyna the service advisor was accommodating and understanding. Dan the service manager was prompt and did amazing. I’ve had bad experiences with service departments in the past but these folks were amazing on every level!!

This dealership is the best in the city; great staff and supreme customer service provided. Belal "Billy" is excellent at his job and he played a major role in securing the deal with my family on an SUV! will come again for sure and I highly recommend people to pay a visit to River City Hyundai. I personally decided to visit the dealership and drove all the way from the south west side of the city- but it was a worthwhile trip at the end.
