Mel and BEN WILL ALWAYS LOOK AFTER YOUR CAR

I bought a used 1999 Toyota Rav4 from this company two years ago and I am very pleased I did. This company, at time of sale, told me to come back to them at any time if I had questions or concerns regarding the operation, maintenance, etc of this car, and they would look after this car. THEY HAVE BEEN AS GOOD AS THEIR WORD - I have 'popped in' a few times for them to check a situation that I felt should not be happening with the car, and they have immediately checked the car, adjusted whatever needed attention, and sent me on my way. IN SUMMARY, I bought a car AND a maintenance team.

Very friendly owner that does his best to help people get the vehicle that best suits their wallet and needs. Mel is one of those people you can rely on to stand by his word. He has a good few cars on his lot for all kinds of budgets. I'd buy there again in a heartbeat.

I was referred to Mel and I will refer him to others, he does his best to accommodate your budget while giving you the best deal he can. Mel went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. If you are in need of a vehicle I'd suggest Mel being one of the places you visit in your decision

Finding Mel was pure luck. My nephew from out of province wanted a specific car, and Mel had three to choose from! My nephew got an excellent car and I can't say enough good things about Mel. He's honest, his prices are fair, he genuinely cares about his customers, and he goes out of his way to make sure you're happy with the car and his service. I've bought many used cars - had more bad experiences than good - and I can say with confidence: dealing with Mel was easily the best car-buying experience I've had. I know where I'll shop for used cars from now on... Mel-Ben Auto Sales! Highly recommend.
