I will never buy from them again. There was still food under the seats. How gross is that? Dealing with them wasn't to bad but they sent me on my way with a dead battery. I stopped for lunch and had to call ama.

Victor and Zak went above and beyond. Good price on my new to me Mazda. So very happy with the service and promptness. I recommend purchasing your next vehicle from these guys. You won't be disappointed.

Had a really bad experience here. Owner tried to keep our $3000 deposit after we cancelled 12 hours later and after they already agreed to return it. My partner was interested in one of their cars and they advised him to pay a deposit as there were others interested. He paid the deposit ($3000) but because they were close to end of business, they agreed to look into financing details the next day. He sent them the deposit that same day by e-transfer. The day after he was told that he had to pay to $1400 warranty fee and also $575 for GPS tracker and he also stated the interest rate will be over 25% if we chose to finance in house. These rates were not at all favorable so he immediately informed him that he would look elsewhere and asked for his deposit back. This was literally the next day. Max the salesman, agreed and informed him that he would get a cheque in 2-3 business days. This was not the case. Every time he would follow up about the cheque, they would give an excuse Eg. the owner was out of town, the owner was sick. They finally told him that actually they would keep the full amount because they had already put work in. After some back and forth, the owner (Martin) would avoid us, and he would pretend that he was not indeed the owner to avoid interacting. They then sent a message saying they would refund $2000. This is after they already agreed to refund the amount. They were really unprofessional, everyone was lying to us and making excuses about why the manager could not speak to us and ignoring our calls. They then began to question where the e-transfer came from and stated that that they had to confirm the payment because it came from my account and not his. Mind you, they didn't do this when accepting the money. When we brought that up, the owner claimed they auto accepted the money. Not possible, since it was a forwarded email. .. We had to report them to both the Better Business Bureau and AMVIC two week later after a long run around. As soon as they got a call from BBB...guess what? We got a call saying our cheque was ready that same day for the full $3000. Even coming to pick up the cheque was a nightmare. He also forced my partner to sign a document saying the delay in our was our fault because the e-transfer came from me and not him and they had to verify the payment (After they accepted it with no issue!). This was clearly to have a back up statement to save themselves from penalties. Never had such a bad experience with a car dealership...
