I love this dealership. Super friendly and efficient with accurate quoted costs. Very comfortable atmosphere and informative. Never did I feel the way some auto places do being a woman. (Ladies you know what I'm talking about) First in August we bought a gently used Escape from Alan. No pressure very relaxed. Between him and the young woman that did our financing it was a very pleasant buying experience. Second. At the first snow fall I called and got quotes on tires from Scott who gladly sent me 3 quotes as requested. About a month later second snowfall hits and I call up the parts depart and Brandon helps me set up the specific quote I had received previously. A week later my tires were on. When I went to pay there was a slight variance from the quoted amount and they adjusted the bill to meet their original quote. Third, now in their new location, I'm in need of an oil change so again greeted by friendly informative staff. I wish I could remember his name lol but every staff member I've met here are terrific and you can tell they certainly like working here. They have a loyal customer in me.

Got my Ford Fiesta general service with them. The technician asked me what time I need it back?, I told him at noon time since I drop it there at 8:30 in the morning. He told me it’s too tight so make it 1pm and I agreed. At 1230pm got a call from him and told me he needs a couple more hours because they have hiccups in the shop, otherwise I have to resched again the alignment. I told him couple more hours is not bad at all so go for it. So I phoned them back at 310 pm to check on updates but the receptionist transferred my call to the service department and nobody pick up my call and it went back to receptionist. She took my contact number and told me she will put it on the desk. So I’m expecting at least somebody will give me updates. After an hour of waiting I called them again to get any updates Unfortunately the receptionist told me, it will be done in an hour. So all in all it took 8 hours and 30 mins for them to have a general service for a small car like Ford Fiesta. And I cancelled all my appointments because technically they have my car whole day. Plus when I’m about to pick up my car I found out that the remote is not working and he did not know, he just told me that he replace the battery as I told him it needs to replace the battery, means he did not test at all. Anyway as a consolation price I need to go back in a couple of days because his going to order a new remote.

First time dealing with service department for getting tires changed. Super friendly service all around. Nice new facility. When I was challenged getting back to the dealership to pick up with a sick kid at home, they offered to drive the vehicle home to me instead of taking a shuttle! That made my day not having to deal with car seat logistics and an unhappy child. I will return here for service again. Thanks Cam Clark for going out of your way even for a small service!

I am new to town and mistakenly arrived at Cam Clark Ford for a service appointment I had booked elsewhere. I was greeted warmly and in a very no pressure style was invited to consider them the next time I was seeking service. I shared that I was actually booked in for an oil change and to get a quote on two minor services. I was pleasantly surprised when I was informed both of the services I was seeking had very affordable and easy "do it yourself" options and that NAPA across the street was likely to have what I needed. They expressed that were happy to do the work for me or to direct me to where I could do it myself. In one case I was looking to get my headlamps buffed so I could see better at night - $23 (NAPA) later and I have a DIY kit to try out this weekend! I ended up cancelling my original booking with the other service provider and opted to book in my oil change and service at Cam Clark Ford! As a woman with limited knowledge of the workings of my car, I was positively blown away by how they took the time to provide me with the details of different options and empowered me to give it a try myself (if that's what I wanted). Greatly appreciate the honesty and empowerment!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! When they didn’t have my tires in stock they called the local parts store, directed me there to purchase the correct model, then installed them for me, all within a few hours. Also gave lots of love to my dog. 10/10 recommend.
