Karim was a very helpful, courteous and friendly salesperson. He helped me find the right car for me, didn't put too much pressure on, and let me take several test drives to make sure what I was getting was what I wanted. Janice in finance was excellent, super helpful, and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Seems to be well run, with attentive and courteous staff, they have a non-pretentious atmosphere for a European luxury car dealership.

Our recent experience with Miguel in the Service Department has reset my skeptical view of dealership service departments. We had an issue with our Volvo, the vehicle was in the shop for several weeks while they troubleshot and investigated the problem. Miguel went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of and that the issue was addressed. Thanks Miguel!

I took over the remainder of a lease for 1 year for 2 reasons. Firstly, to see whether or not I wanted to commit to Volvo as a brand and secondly, to test out Volvo of Edmonton as the only dealership within reasonable proximity to where I live. I loved my 2015 V60 T6 Polestar, it had amazing performance. The only thing that kept me from keeping it was that it was too small for what I needed. I visited the dealership 3 times over the past year. The first time was in March to inquire about the newer V60's slated for release in late 2018. During this visit, the salesman neglected to ask me what vehicle I was currently driving even though I made sure to mention my lease would be coming to an end in 6 months. When I was acknowledged by another salesman, who happened to be the previous owner of my car, the salesman I was dealing with apologized for not starting with asking me what I was driving. However, it got worse with him telling me that I could Google the info on upcoming models myself. Apparently, the public has access to just as much info as the dealerships do, if not more. I was the only one in the showroom at the time but he didn't seem to have the time to answer any questions. He asked to have me complete a profile so that I could automatically receive updates, all the while yawning. The second time was in August to service my car and to talk to someone else about upgrading my car to something bigger. This time I dealt with the salesman who had been the previous owner of my car. He set me up with 2 different V90 Cross Country's to test drive on my own. A soft, verbal offer was made but when I came back from testing both vehicles, he was busy. I asked him to email me an offer because I had to leave. No offer was ever emailed and no other contact was ever made. The third and final time was in October. By this time, I was done with Volvo of Edmonton. I signed the documents to return the car and expressed my disappointment to that individual. I explained that the only reason I was not upgrading to a new vehicle was because of the terrible service I had received. I was ensured this information would be shared with the Manager. I spoke to the Manager regarding another matter the very next day. My complaints and concerns were not addressed. I'm glad I had the chance to test the waters in dealing with Volvo of Edmonton. Prospective buyers should be aware that Volvo of Edmonton is 1 of only 2 dealerships in all of Alberta. I was prepared to travel to Valentine Volvo to purchase a vehicle but from where I live, I would still have to deal with Volvo of Edmonton for service. It's too bad because I loved my Volvo but my experience with the dealership left me looking elsewhere. Who would have thought it would be so difficult to buy a car?

The salesperson was great, wasn't pushy at all yet knowledgeable and polite. Honestly, I was very tired of pushy salespeople trying to sell vehicles that they know very little about. Klint was the opposite. We went in knowing what we wanted and the price we were prepared to pay. Klint made an offer that we felt to be fair and signed the paperwork the same day.
