Staff need to treat customers correctly. Customer service is terrible. Don’t forget your boots or you will drown in mud. Allot set up is absolute mess sold cars mixed with unsold. No one knows anything.

I buy salvage across western Canada and the northern states and this yard and operation is by far the worst. The yard is a mess, bid lots mixed in with sold vehicles no organization in the yard whatsoever rough handling of vehicles upon load out . With the exception of 2 to 3 people in the office the rest are in need of a customer service course badly . Any one to give this establishment anything more than 1 star must be related or work there which one feed back is exactly the case right Christina Haines .It should not take too long before the insurance companies that use this location realize how poorly there inventory is handled and there customers judging from the previous post. Consignment vehicles should be advertised on the windshield like other salvage yards. Don't deceive people its not good for your business and the whole industry in general .

Not sure where to start. Is it the staff's obvious racism or complete unwillingness to help. I have been coming here for over three years and have been receiving the same bs treatment day in and day out. I watch how others are treated vs how I am treated. How can such a major corporation let their staff be so undertrained in customer service? Mind boggles me. Kourtney, Pam, and Cynthia will repeatedly speak down to you, mistreat you, and give you disgusting attitude until you stop coming. Which is what I have decided. After spending over a hundred thousand dollars at this auction over three years I have decided to go elsewhere. Also don't bother asking for the manager when you have an issue, Shawn is likely out for a smoke, out to get coffee, or on a phone call.

This place is a joke. Vehicles are disguised as something they are not. Hubby buys a active car and finds the suspension is welded and zip ties holding the car together. Stay AWAY. Plus the lady sitting in the back thinks she is GOD.... we understand your job may not be the greatest but customer service involves a smile.

My truck that was in another secure impound got transfered to this location for me to grab my stuff by icbc. I was in middle of know where working! When i came a month after being at copart, went to get belongings to find all my bags and belongings were stripped out of cab and thrown in open box of truck out side! And anything of value stolen , about 5000$ worth of belongings gone . Made a inquiry with front desk, and nice laddies were concerned! Manager asked for to go to office "shawn" who wouldnt give me full name! And told me thats what they do, through all your belingings out of cab, into box. Wonder where they put stuff from a car? He told me its my fault, that i didnt come to get stuff sooner! Disgusting! The secure lot which my teuvk was at prior , accounted every item that was in truck prior to going there to copart. A investagator even assesed belongings prior to going there. Hard pill to swallow after truck was found after year and being told everytging was still in it. Crooks
