Sandra was a pleasure to deal with and had answers for all our questions. She was very accommodating, respecting the fact that we were from out of town. When we first arrived, it was dark, but it was absolutely no problem. She put the vehicle inside so we could get a better look at it and gave us as much time as we wanted to look things over, even though it was close to closing time. We highly recommend Sandra as your next Toyota sales person. You won’t be disappointed

I've been taking my Toyota Camry Hybrid here since I bought it from them used 6 years ago. I find they are very professional with outstanding quality as far as workmanship and mechanic skill. This is a new dealership with new equipment. They have a laser that can tell if the alignment is off right after you pull it in. Good coffee machine in the lobby as well. Yeah the price is a little high but they have a lot of overhead. I also trust them . I cannot say that about other mechanics . I would recommend.

I was impressed with Michael as an advisor in the sales process. We felt no pressure and he helped match us up with something that fit our needs. While the vehicle that got us in the door was not advertised accurately online, Michael was willing to work to find options that worked for us. Molly in finance was also helpful and friendly. She wasn't able to be there when we picked the vehicle up but had everything ready for her co-worker to compete the transaction. Unfortunately her co-worker (Claudia?) was less pleasant, seemed inconvenienced by our presence, and gave us the clear impression she had more important things to be doing. Michael made a point of being there for the handoff and his gruff companion from finance was quickly off to her obviously-more-important tasks once we had handed her our down payment. It's interesting how such a small piece of the overall process can influence the feelings of the experience. I had started with writing a 5-Star rating. Were I to Rate my experience with Micheal alone, it still would be. He was a positive, knowledgeable, and professional. The overall experience was good and I'd recommend Toyota on the Trail.

I bought a Highlander SE from Toyota on the Trail and was very impressed with their customer service. I wasn't sure what vehicle I really wanted, but I knew what I wanted in a vehicle. It took a few days but we narrowed down exactly what I wanted/needed within the price I was willing to pay. I found they were very patient, always welcoming & ready to help. I highly recommend this dealership if you are on the market for a vehicle, as you will not be disappointed. Sylvie Peterson

30 days since we took possession of our vehicle , dealing with salesman was a great experience. He went above and beyond by answering all of our questions and staying till late at night to allow us to pick up vehicle the night we flew into town. I would recommend anyone to deal with Jared or any of the staff at Toyota on the trail, professional and accommodating. Thank you
