There are numerous issues with this place. I only recommend this place for people who can’t get financing anywhere else. Issues: 1. Here Saturday morning after 10 and the place is not open yet. The hours listed says they open at 10AM. 2. They tell you the car will be ready tomorrow and it’s not. 3. If Mona doesn’t like the contract she signed then she rips it up in front of you. Claims that the original is the only valid contract.

Hailey is one of the most dedicated person I have ever met. We had to leave early but some issues arose, leaving me waiting at the dealership. Hailey Offered to take me to my destination on her own, so i could leave on time. She went above and beyond what anyone has had to do. Wasn't her issue but she was selfless and wonderful. TOP NOTCH Service from her, she is the best!

Sweetheart Motors has been great to us! We purchased a vehicle 2 years ago and have had no major issues! I would recommend Mona/ sweetheart motors to anyone who asked. Will definitely be returning to buy again very soon:)

I found an ad on Kijiji, for a 2007 Toyota Corolla, listed by sweetheart Motors. My first impulse was to disregard this ad because it was a small dealership. Small dealerships are usually known to be dishonest and therefore most people avoid them at all costs, unless they have issues with financing. Even though I was hesitant I made the decision to call and arrange to go down and see this vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and met Todd, who was pleasant, and very friendly, but most of all, was not what I would consider to be a very pushy salesperson. The vehicle turned out to be a really good find, and I had my brother join me and the two of us went for a test drive. He gave me the green light, to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. I met Mona the owner of the dealership we discussed the price and we came to an agreement on price and I purchase the car. I have to say that, I found this whole experience to be great and not disappointing as I had anticipated. Mona and Todd both treated me really well, their focus was totally on customer service. And she made sure that I was a happy customer when I left this dealership. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for a car and come to this dealership. She really is an Angel to me. Thanks Mona
