Just got my new vehicle here. Kohl was my salesman. He did a great job, and Cody handled the finances. He did great as well. They both made my experience here a really good and comfortable one. Thanks guys!!

We bought there maintenance package and that was a waste of money $5400. Ford has a way better maintenance package. At Ford I did not have to pay for anything until I hit 100,000 km or 5 yrs. I have had my dodge a year and have to buy a fuel filter for $300 because that's not covered in the maintenance package, but I should have looked into it better before I said yes to it. I just figured it would be like Fords was.

Received a recall from Chrysler to have the airbags serviced or replaced as required on my vehicle and drove 40 Klm into Wetaskiwin to Legacy Chrysler to arrange to have the service carried out. Was given an appointment one week later at 2pm on the 23rd Arrived on time and was told the recall work would take approximately three hours. Left the vehicle as requested and two hours later was called and advised that I could pick the vehicle up and that THE RECALL WORK COULD NOT BE COMPLETED as THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE PARTS. This is after driving 40 klm to get there. If this is an example of their service and their quality control I'll get my vehicles serviced elsewhere in the future

Thanks to everyone at Legacy Dodge who helped us with our recent purchase. It was a very pleasant experience for us and well worth the 2 hr drive. The staff were genuinely friendly and upfront with pricing and financing. We won't hesitate to go there for our next purchase and highly recommend them to our friends.
