I was referred here by my friend after having went to Sherwood Park Ford and Toyota. The sales people at the two other dealerships were so pushy, and didn’t care about my needs, only a sale. When I came to Brentridge I was met by Darryl, he was so kind and patient, he answered every question we had and then some and was not pushy at all. I returned to test drive a few cars and even at that point he was not pushy at all as We needed time to decide and he respected that. He was very accommodating to my family’s needs and wants in a vehicle. Also the finance manager Mark was amazing to deal with, very easy going and kind. I’ll be picking up my new car this week. Amazing all the way around at this location! Best customer service I have had in a very very long time. Highly recommend this dealership!

I was in the car with my friend Joey and it was very surprising that a sales representative (Jonny)would raise his voice at a potential buyer. I have never experienced anything like it

Great experience purchasing a new F-150, was worth the drive. Sales team was awesome and would highly recommended them.

I was in the middle of negotiations and the car sales man Jonny raised his voice at me ,just because we couldn't agree on a price. I was very shocked because I was merely trying to get to a price that was more comparable to an identical car I have also seen online. Poor customer service. I would not recommend this place.

Not a dealer that wants to push any vehicle on you and get you down the road. Still a small family feel to the dealership unlike the big ones in the city that are full of gimmicks. I found a truck I liked and were willing to work on a deal that was fair for both parties. Highly Recommend!
