Our sales guy was open and honest. He knew what we would be happiest in. Showed us the SUV we were looking for, and made sure we were fed and watered while waiting for everything to come together. I’ve delt with my share of salesman. And Mike is more of your friend then a typical salesman. I would recommend Mike and the guys at Southtown Hyundai. 10 out of 10. They went well above what they had to to get us a vehicle before we had to go back home. No stress.

Took my Elantra in for an oil change and I received excellent service, Rory was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the extra little services, filling a chip in the window and fuel additive, for reasonable prices! They also washed the exterior and changed the washer blades I had purchased elsewhere but never found time to do myself. I also found the extra maintenance list they gave me informative so now I can choose what needs to be done when I can afford it without the surprise bill at the end! I recommend coming here if you’re ready for fast friendly service!

Southtown Hyundai is the location where we purchased the Tucson. The vehicle came with the oil change package, which includes a free oil change every 6000km. On most occasions, our car receives a hassle free service. Minus the constant recommendations that seem to cost $$$ each service, we appreciate the free oil change every 6000km. Service representatives are always friendly and willing to cater to our needs.

Was looking to trade in my SUV to finally get myself a truck and Paul Mackenzie got me a great deal! Very straight forward no run around no "greasy sales gimmicks" if you're looking for a change make sure you stop in and see Paul! Also gotta say thanks to Doug the financial guru who helped make my deal happen. Went to a few dealerships before and never felt like the people were actually trying to help me get the best deal possible!

Honesty and being up-front with a customer is important. My sales person, Patricia, was a pleasure to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional really made the choice and process much more smooth. In any dealership, always fight for the right interest rates, extras and things you need and don't be pressured into anything you don't want or need. Shop around. But for Southtown Hyundai, I went in knowing what I wanted and ended up leaving with a better choice, with the options (financially and vehicle-wise) that I wanted so I was pleased. I also dealt with Doug, the finance manager which made that process easy as well. Overall I'd recommend doing business with them when looking for a good deal in new or used vehicles. I also want to point out that I received a loaner vehicle though-out the process of trading in my old car, ect which was a huge bonus. No hassles, just how I like it. Thanks guys!
