Alicia and Ker Win made buying a vehicle the easiest, most stress-free process for me. Alicia found me the perfect vehicle, just based on the description of what I was looking for. I didn’t even have to look at more than one vehicle. The financing process was so easy and explained in such detail, then Ker Win’s full on knowledge of the vehicle and everything about it, taking the time to explain everything to me sold me. Such a great team they have there. Would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

Bought a car from Gary Moe Hyundai last December. The car doesn’t have a cruise control but I said that what I wanted so they said they will install a factory one. I checked with sales person too many time it will work like factory all the controls on the wheel he said yes all the. Time to pick up the car cruise control wasn’t installed mats were missing. So they found the mats from other car and installed it after couple days they got the parts and installed an aftermarket cruise control. There is no indication on the gauge cluster that if it's on or not it's behind the steering wheel to turn it on or off always have to move forward raise this issue with the manager and he simply declined it and said I never said it sales person did and walks away. Well, that sucks! Fast forward to 6-7 months went in for service they said you need a tire rotation so I said yes please go ahead and do it and after couple hours received an email that we can’t do it because one of your tires is aftermarket so that will mess up your alignment. I replied that’s how it came when I bought it and sent them the pictures luckily I had when I bought the car I clicked couple pictures. Received an email from the service manager that other staff doesn’t know it won’t affect anything we will change rotate the tires but I said why would you install the other tire and she said they will replace the tire and she’s looking into it. Well, its been over two months haven’t heard anything back from her maybe she’s still looking into it. ☹ For selling a car they will say yes to everything but they will hide so much information. Its like terms and conditions. On a new car why would you install a aftermarket stuff just say it upfront hey no we can’t do it so I would’ve looked into other cars. Like come-on!!
