Candace has done a remarkable job in trying to get me and my wife into a new vehicle. She took very good care of us and went above and beyond to try and get us into the vehicle we wanted. Her personality is wonderful and that's why it was an awesome experience to deal with her. She met every need that we had. And therefore I give a 5 star rating. And we can't wait to deal with her in the future thank you for all that you have done Candace.

The WORST dealership in central Alberta!! DO NOT give the devious crooks at Red Deer Mitsubishi your business! I waited 2 years to write this review in case they redeemed themselves, but unfortunately my experience has only gotten worse. Let me explain. First off, it was my first time buying from a dealer, and they took advantage of that. They were showing me vehicles way out of budget, and they wouldn't take no for an answer. Finally we found something that would work for me, but the final price was way more than we originally settled on. They also pressured me into an extended warranty that I didn't want, without telling me that doing my own oil changes would void said warranty, which is what happened when I actually needed it. When I talked to them about it, they just told me quite condescendingly that I should have known that. Second, I paid for a protection package (under coating, paint & fabric protection) but they didn't even put it on. It was very obvious when I got under the car that they had not put any under coating on it. Third, the amount of phone calls and letters I have received from them trying to trade me up has been absolutely ridiculous. Pretty much like clockwork every 3 months I will get a phone call from a salesman trying to get me to come in and buy a new car. When I say no, they often imply that I'm a complete idiot for not trading up. Lastly, I have 2 friends that also have had terrible experiences here. Currently my coworker has been fighting to get the second key that she was promised for her car. It was down in writing, but the salesman took the paper and now they claim it was never promised. Just today a manager hung up on her when she phoned in about it again. That's pretty much the ultimate sin when it comes to customer service. I will never buy from any dealer again, let alone these criminals. As if they don't already make enough money with the 14 or so dealerships they own. The obnoxious radio ads should have tipped me off, but unfortunately I was a fool. Don't make the same mistake I did!!

Needed an A to B fuel efficient option. Was working with Chris in Red Deer on something out of another LAG auto location, and Chris ended up finding me something better here in Red Deer on the lot that worked for my needs. Installed command start quickly and efficiently. Was very pleased with the experience at RDMistubishi location.
