I have dealt with Art a few times, and I am always comfortable to come back and ask him questions about my vehicle. This particular time he wasn't at the dealership and Brad helped me out instead. There was a mix up with some paperwork, he sat down with me and called the company while we worked out the issue. Never met the guy before in my life. Thanks so much

Melanie Giggs was great to deal with. Forthright, trustworthy, patient, and many redeeming qualities that are not very common in salespeople. The first place I will go to when looking for another used vehicle is Acura Red Deer.

I received a letter from Acura red deer, regarding airbag replacement. i phone them to book an appointment . The person I spoke with he doesn’t know what to say then he asked my number and full name then he told me they will call me back but til end of the day nothing happens. This is a terrible service ever. Despite of my busy schedule i tried to phone them but this what I got ! Its just because i really want this done.

Great environment, especially when you have kids. All the staff are more than patient with them as they run around, climb on and touch the cars. It's welcoming as soon as you walk in the door, and they also have a good sense of humor! I went to photo bomb their group pictures, instead they just asked me to actually be a part of it haha
