Jessie the service rep is very helpful, professional and pays attention to all details. Good thing he followed up with me about my appointment as I had forgotten. Good job, thanks. The men in back performing the service work were great as well they kept me informed through the whole process and guided me on what parts were required this year for reliable use. Good job Jordan and Ray....Thanks.

As a first time r v customer I was totally impressed with this business. They were courteous and extremely helpful. They also had customer safety in mind noticing I had improperly installed my hitch and equalizer system. Not only did they explain what I had done wrong , they went over the whole thing and addressed the issue fixing it free of charge. I will be a returning customer for sure band heartily recommend them. Mr. R Saiko Leduc AN.

Very friendly and accommodating service. I've had some pretty horrible experiences with RV dealerships and can say I was pleasantly surprised with RV City's sales department. Well the 4 star review didn't last long. See my review for warranty service for the Morinville location. EXTREMELY disappointed in the service department.
