I went in to get Engine coolant because my indicator came on prior to heading back to Edmonton. Wade was very helpful. He accommodated my needs and went well above and beyond with his exception level of customer service. I tip my hat to you and your team. Thank you for helping me in my time of need.

We recently purchased a new vehicle from Cold Lake Ford and I have to say it was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. From our first phone call to the dealership all the way to taking delivery of the vehicle was exceptionally pleasant. The receptionist consistently remembered who we were. Ryan O'Connor was very knowledgeable and listened attentively while easily and quickly answering every question we had. He was able to give us exactly the deal we needed without any hassles or haggled. Financing was a snap and Joni in finance was just as great. I would highly recommend this dealership and I am looking forward to giving them all our future business.

Jeremy and his team at Cold Lake Ford are great to deal with! Professional with great attention to detail. They were very competitive on pricing and delivered the truck to us! Great experience.

I went for a quick headlight bulb to be replaced.....When I got there 5 minutes before my appointment time - they again reassured me that it was a quick appointment.....35 minutes later when my car was still parked in the parking lot right where I left it I asked how much longer and the service counter assured me they were almost done working on it! When I pointed out they haven't taken my car back I think they had to back peddle there "story" THEN they came out to quote the expensive price for changing a light bulb - It felt like she thought I would leave with THAT kind of pricing.....I told her I was quoted that price over the phone when I booked the appointment (not 40 minutes after already being there) after another 5 minutes a guy came out to my car where it was parked and in 10 minutes the bulb was changed.....They were right it didn't take very long - but it was a waste of my time (I had a toddler with me waiting too) very disappointed !

While on a road trip my Escape broke down in Cold Lake, leaving me stranded and not in the best mood. Kevin and the team were supportive, professional and great communicators. Got me back on the road and made me feel like I was their priority. Thanks guys!
