I came in for an oil change with no appointment. Cassie in the service department got me in with no troubles, was friendly and polite. Kale did the oil change very efficiently and Patrick gave my car a free wash. I would highly recommend their service.

Strathmore Motor Products is by far the best place I have ever dealt with regarding leasing or buying a vehicle. I recently leased a 2018 GMC Terrain and the customer service from Clarence, Les and the entire SMP team was by far above and beyond. Mike was outstanding with the paperwork and putting the lease together. Well done SMP! I will be back for my next vehicle.

In October my wife and I purchase a 2017 GMC Sierra. We had been considering several options and SMP made the new truck a no brainer for us. Fred helped us look at a few vehicles on the lot and was our salesperson. ***** For Fred. Patrice, the General Sales Manager was exceedingly accommodating and made getting us the right truck painless and effortless. The package we decided on had to be brought in from another dealer a few hundred Kilometers away and I was expecting to see that mileage on the Odometer. Surprise! my first turn of the key revealed only 20km on the dash! And never did I have to hear about how much it would cost to ship the vehicle, as I have heard from many other dealers. ***** For Patrice.iq Mike Z handled the financing, paperwork and coordinated prepations of the vehicle that I had requested including a GM OEM remote starter and 3M paint protection film for the front end of our truck. Both of those services were taken care of quickly and affordably. (Shout out to the parts team!) ***** For Mike. The rest of the staff we bumped into along the way we're superb as well. In a small store like SMP it's hard not to end up touching base with just about everyone. Clarence, Jessica, Jim, Dave, Trevor, Cassie, and all the rest have our thanks and appreciation. Update! The truck is a year old now and just had the 2nd oil change done. Geoff the service advisor was great. In and out with no fuss at all. Service was fast!
