I had an awesome experience today. Their service is super fast and all the staff members are really friendly.I wanted my car serviced before my work shift today and Bane helped me get my car in just four hours. My sales representative Nick gave me my first service and oil change for free. Extremely happy with the service.

I had some good experiences and lately a bad experience there. Let's start with the good one. I appreciate the shuttle service they offer. No matter how far it is they drove me to work. Now the thing what really makes me give two stars only. I had an Escape with broken power steering. My mechanic (not from Ford) told me I need a new power steering rack and since it requires programming he said better go to Ford directly. So I go to Ford and tell them, the Escape needs a new power steering rack. They said is $90 for a check. Without a check they won't be able to provide me with a price. I said, it's the power steering rack, material and labour please. Can't be so difficult to estimate. No chance! Need to pay $90 before I get a price, so I agreed and asked if that $90 includes a full check which they said it would. Next day I get a call, Ford telling me, I need a new power steering rack. I said that's what I already knew. What other deficiencies have you identified. The answer was, they didn't look as the $90 only included the assessment of the non functional power steering. SERIOUSLY!!!!!!! I seriously paid $90 to tell me something I already knew before.

We had a great experience buying a used minivan from Metro Ford. Travis was a big help and helped out wherever he could. He has followed up a couple of times since we made the purchase making sure everything is going well. If you find yourself in Metro Ford I would ask for him.

Liam and one of his colleagues made me a great deal on a new truck and gave me a good trade price for the old one. Went above and beyond to ensure that I got the right vehicle and the right price. Very impressed with this. The service department however, needs work (pun intended) . Every service appointment I have had with them requires multiple visits and picking up and dropping off the truck multiple days at a time. 5 Stars for Sales, 1 for Service.

The original service was good, but if you have a query or issue after your service and have paid, there is no service. I have called and left 7 messages with the techs and management and an email was sent over the last 3 weeks and still no call back. It is something so simple that would take less than 5 minutes of their time. I will not be going back if they don't care about their customers after they have paid. ***Note - I have been contacted since posting this, I was taken care of once the manager and I spoke and they did fix the situation immediately.
