Automaxx on 16th

I highly recommend this place and in particular, Margaret, whom was more than just a saleswoman. She was funny, extremely accommodating and always kept within the budget and made sure that each vehicle looked at, was desirable to her customers, before continuing on. She really did make the experience of shopping fun! Everyone in the office was very friendly and a special thanks to the lady that went out of her way to make a little one comfy while he slept.

A huge Thank You to Ron at Automaxx 16 Ave. With my low credit score and bankruptcy he was able to get me into a beautiful truck with a very good interest rate. He was understanding and non-judgmental of my personal struggles and was encouraging throughout the whole process...which took only 24 hours and I was driving off the lot with the truck of my choosing. He helped me with registration, Insurance and a 2 year warranty for a stress free sales engagement. I was intimidated at first and totally comfortable by the end of the process and would recommend Ron to anyone looking for a vehicle and financing.

Dealing with Margaret at Automaxx 16th Ave. has got to be the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. She listened to everything I had to ask or tell and she went above and beyond to make not only the deal happen but to make me happy. I would recommend her at Automaxx anytime. Thank you.

I’m going to leave my experience here and let people take it as they want, my first intentions were to say a lot of negative things about this company but there was probably more positive than negative but the negative outweighs the positive so I feel that letting people know about my experience will be more rewarding than bashing. Like many I was in a position with not the best credit and finally found a company that was able to help me out and get me into a vehicle by myself. I have since learned that there is a lot of companies out there that could have done the same thing for me SHOP AROUND. I was so excited and put a lot of trust into a company to put me in a vehicle that would last me over 8 months, I’m sure their intentions were to do that but I feel that the attention wasn’t paid in this case to ensure they were delivering a top notch product for the price I paid. 8 month later after purchasing a 2014, 16,000.00 dollar vehicle I am left with a car with a cooked transmission. I have since learned that it was a old rental car RED FLAG we all know how they are driven, my bad I didn’t do my homework and didn’t purchase any warranty, in the end it is my fault I take full responsibility for that but I am just sick to my stomach about the situation I am in and I think any human being in this situation would be. Because of a new job and not 3 months into it I’m not able to get into a new vehicle and when the time comes to do so this car probably won’t have much of a trade in value and I probably won’t be able to do it without a co signer and with no co signer and not having the money to fix the transmission, I will be left will a debt of about 20,000.00 dollars and nothing to show for it. They did offer to pay for half of it which I guess if I was in a position to pay for half it would be better than anything. So I’m left with no vehicle and a lot of stress, it affects my ability to get to work and my freedom. If you choose to deal with them DO YOUR HOMEWORK and PURCHASE A WARRANTY. I’m gonna take this negative experience and learn from it. With many years in customer service myself things sure have changed companies are not out to make their customers happy anymore it’s all about money and not attracting repeat customers. I feel like there could have been more done in this situation but it makes me question their integrity and whether this happens often if they’re not able to step up to the plate in certain situations. There is not much they could do now to keep my business or make me want to recommend them to anyone, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Lesson learned

We are so impressed with Margaret!! She went above and beyond to help us. No pressure. The deal was smooth and easy! She was quick, had the deal done and our new car, which we love, delivered the same day. We live 4 hours south of Calgary!
