Great experience and no pressure especially being new to Subaru. Dan was great to deal with and explained all about the different models. Signing the paperwork and getting John to go over the details, again with no pressure, was another great experience. Picking it up was perfect and both John and Dan went over everything. Definitely a happy customer.

Just booked in my 1st service appointment to now find out they ONLY offer a one way drop off shuttle and as you to take the bus back to pick up the vehicle. I spent 40k on a car to take the bus....what?! I then called the Subaru dealership in the NE and they offered me a drop off and pick up shuttle to any part of the city. Now that is what customer service looks like. I will now spend my $ at the NE Subaru and not give anymore to the south location. I would highly recommend to think about offer a 2 way shuttle service, customer service past the sale, goes a long way.

One of the best dealerships I’ve ever been to. Dan, the salesman, was professional and courteous. The buying experience was smooth and hassle free. There was no stress, or fluff. A straightforward experience. Dan even personally picked me up from work to pick up my new vehicle. That is professional service. John the sales manager was amazing. He did not try to force any warranties or spray or other service onto me. I’ve bought cars in many dealerships before, but Centaur Subaru beat them all. I look forward to going there for my first service.

Loved dealing with Tom! He called when he said he would and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Both Tom and the manager were incredibly pleasant to deal with. I am very happy with my Subaru and the service while going through the process of getting into a new car. I would highly recommend Centaur Subaru regardless of where in the city you live.

Emailed Subaru Service Center on MacLeod Trail about a loud scraping noise coming from the front wheel. Rodger Sallans responded very promptly confirming that it was most likely a stone lodged between the back plate and rotor. He told me to drop by anytime and he would deal with it for me. Did this today and he not only removed it in less than 30 seconds but showed me how to do it if it happens again. Very pleasant and professional service. Would highly recommend to others.
