Phil was amazing to work with when purchasing my new vehicle! He was transparent and patient when answering all of my questions. In the end, I purchased an SUV that I am obsessed with. I will be returning to visit their shop when maintenance is needed and sending everyone in the market for a new car their way. Thanks Progressive!!

Phil and the staff are always amazing. I have referred multiple people here and they have all had great service. If you’re buying a used card this is place. They make sure all the cars are in good condition, show you the work they have put into them with a clear work order and are very upfront, easy going, and wanna make sure you’re getting the right car. Very happy with the purchase of a Kona.

I was very intimidated buying a car by myself for the first time in Canada. I decided to go to Progressive where the listed price was fair according to my research and there were so many good reviews of the place. Greg was really helpful and patient, answering all my questions about what I need to do to get registered and on the road. He gave us advice for insurance because our situation is complicated. He even took me to the registry office and put on my new plate! I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from Greg again.

Friendly and pressure-free atmosphere! I just bought my new (used) car from Progressive and the whole process exceeded expectations. Greg was the antithesis of a pushy car salesman and was refreshingly patient as I came to my decision. While answering my questions and solving problems, Greg remained accommodating, courteous, honest, and incredibly helpful all along the way -- even after I'd taken the vehicle home. I, without hesitation, recommend Progressive to anyone looking for a vehicle
