I had a great experience at the service department at Downtown Mercedes-Benz! I had to go in for a standard recall and the staff made it so easy for me to get this done quick and efficiently. They provided me with a shuttle that picked me up to and from work so I did not need to worry about finding a way there. Once I got there they gave me a clear understanding of what was going on with the recall and even gave me a software upgrade! I was even more pleased to see that they washed my car! Everything you expect from a high end car dealership you will find here. I was treated with respect and felt like I was truly cared about. They have a nice selection of treats while you wait too! Highly recommend!!

Hey everyone last week I did my oil change with this branch and they broke clips from engine cover and they said because my vehicle has over 200000 km that's what happened well car is really good condition and it doesn't matter how high km on it, they wanna me pay half price of cover why is that?I did not broke my cover clips so again unprofessional service . Unfortunately unprofessional service, especially from their "vendor relations manager". I will never return to this dealership. Just out for the almighty time and told us they are not interested in our business.

Dishonest oil change. My friend told me they just did an oil change on her Mercedes. I checked the level and it was very low. I drained it and measured it to find out it was only 4 liters instead of 8.2 liters. I filled it again with 8.2 liters of new oil. Don't they know the capacity of each model? Who do they hire to do service? Or was it on purpose to save on oil? Also, I'm not sure if the oil should appear as dark in such a short time or if it can get dark pretty fast due to a dirty engine. So, I can't comment on that, but, there is a possibility they didn't put new oil in it. Who knows? No one can watch them during service. The old tricky excuse of liability issue not to go pass the service door. We decided not to go though any of their door again. If they want trust again, they can build a coffee place overlooking the service with large clear insulated windows. Then, we might consider going back again. Regarding the parts department is fine.
