Buying process was pretty smooth. Found out after I left the lot that they had replaced the truck box with one from a different model so the fuel filler doesn’t work also had no high beams and the visors fall out when you touch them. None of these should have passed the safety they included in the sale. They were also very happy to tell me they would call me and book a time to fix the problem but of coarse nothing. I do not recommend buying from this dealer.

These guys are great to work with and are always there to help if you have any issues with your new vehicle. This is my 4th purchase with them and would be happy to continue business with them in the future. Thanks a lot Steve & Nikki love the new truck she’s a beaut. My experience with Express Auto couldn't have worked out better. Paul, Steve and Aliie worked hard to get me out of my beater and into my dream car at an affordable rate. Express works fast, selling high quality vehicles at affordable prices and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

We are so very impressed with Paul and Steven. We admittedly weren't the easiest customers to accommodate, but the guys went far and above our expectations. To start with, our first face to face meeting was with Paul. Having been taken advantage of in the past, I am always very suspicious of people who are attempting to sell me something, and can usually smell a rat. I was very pleasantly surprised however with the genuine and honest vibe I got from Paul right off the bat. He didn't rush into "sales mode" and assured us that he wanted to find us the best vehicle for our situation. We spoke with Steven next about numbers. He is a professional and very good at finding the best financing for our credit. It did end up taking longer than expected and he helped us with transportation for the weekend! As a heavily pregnant woman, this was a godsend. We did have to compromise on the type of vehicle we wanted, but Paul and Steven reassured us that we would be able to upgrade once we took care of some issues with our credit. They did so in a supportive and constructive manner. Not once were we made to feel ashamed of our past mistakes. Long story short, these guys are the real deal and will do their absolute best and jump through all the hoops for you to ensure that you drive away with a smile on your face. This has also been shared on my fb page. I got my car in March and was told they would get me a lower rate in 6 months. Called in October and got the run around for a bit. Then Steven said he'd make it his top priority after many phone calls and me calling AMVIC . 2 and a half weeks ago I went in and he said he only needed 24 hours as he had been working on it and had lower rates. Haven't heard a word from him and all tho I've been calling he won't take or return my calls. Not impressed on how they run their business.
