I made an appointment to have ONLY the oil changed in my Nissan Rogue, since it we prepaid when we bought it. I asked the person that took my reservation to confirm that there would not be any additional charges, which she confirmed. The day of the appointment I asked my wife to take the vehicle to Royal Oak Nissan because I had some meetings. The person at the service desk asked my wife to sign the intake form, which she did. When they finished they called and said there was a $182 charge. I protested and asked why, since I had confirmation that there were no additional charges. They guy told me that they performed a Class B maintenance because my wife had signed it. When I said that was not what I asked for, the guy told me, next time don't send your wife. Just so you know, there will be no next time at this dealership. They took advantage of the fact that a woman took the car for service and asked her to sign something outside our initial agreement. I give them less than 1 start rating. Never again at this dealership.

Dylan at Royal Oak Nissan was a pleasure to work with in selecting the right truck for me and my family. He was very knowledgeable with the Titan, and was able to find a ride that fit our needs, and more importantly price point. I would recommend Dylan to any of my friends or family.

They don't care about you at all, they just want to sell you a car. I am so angry at myself for buying a car from them. The salesman kept saying that I'd need to talk to finance about warranty and stuff, and that he didn't know. Still he took a deposit from me ($2500) and sent me to finance. The finance guy kept saying numbers about warranty and when I picked up the car the numbers didn't look like what I had heard. Bottom line is that I was pressured to buy a car, and I wish I had gone to Honda, Hyundai, etc. Hyundai's warranty is even much better than Nissan. 100k, while Nissan's is 60k. I wish I had not gotten fooled by these people. Don't go there. If you go, remember, "you DON'T need a car", and "They DON'T want to have the car"! I'm totally disappointed!

I highly recommend Royal Oak Nissan for their Sales, Financing, Customer Service and of course the sexy vehicle we now are in possession of. We came in with an open mind and with the help of our Sales Rep, Dylan Kendall, he helped us find exactly what we wanted with zero pressure. He was super helpful and had the answers to all our questions. Dylan also was very fair in the negotiation of the price. He was really batting for "team customer". The whole process with Royal Oak Nissan has been a pleasure and I can't wait to work with them again. We walked out with a Grey 2018 Nissan Rogue, Midnight Edition. We couldn't be happier with it so far.

Fantastic experience purchasing a new vehicle from Royal Oak Nissan. Darcy Roy the sales consultant was professional, efficient, and provided exceptional customer service. Upon purchasing a vehicle from Royal Oak, the process was quick and hassle free. The rest of the Nissan team did a great job overall. Highly recommended Nissan dealership for your next vehicle.
