My husband and I went in on the weekend and spoke to David. We let him know that what we were looking for and told him how much we would like to spend. After he heard our amount he chuckled and actually said “no way”, so we went to BMW and got a brand new SUV for the exact same price he told us we couldn’t afford haha how does that make any sense? It’s so unfortunate, he made no effort to see what he can do for us, or show us any other inventory they had. We would have been okay with adjusting our price but it seemed like he had no interest in us. When most people think of Volvo they don’t think of luxury sports cars it’s basically a safe practical family brand of car, which is what we needed, so generally I was really hoping for much better (and friendlier) customer service.

I've gone here the last 2 times I needed to buy a new car and wound buying elsewhere (Audi and Porsche). The vehicles are amazing! The sales staff always seem a little on the meh side.

What a lovely caring family environment this dealership has. One of a kind! Delt with Cody in service and he made my day! He was so sweet and accommodating! If you have a Volvo or any other vehicle for that matter their service department is great :)

I had made an appointment with Volvo for a test drive. I arrived on time and the sales rep I had booked with showed up to greet me. Ten minutes into the chat and viewing of cars on display, he abandons me to go speak with another customer. What was supposed to be a 5 minute wait turned out to be a half hour wait! I was standing there patiently and no one from Volvo approached me to ask if I needed help. So I had to go up to another sales rep and ask if he could answer some questions. I asked whether I could test drive and the car that was supposedly booked for my appointment, was unavailable! I am very appalled by this lack of customer service from Volvo. It felt like they were not interested in selling me a car! They also mentioned that volume of sales is not their primary interest. Why bother make an appointment if both, sales rep and car are unavailable?! Without mentioning that keeping a potential customer waiting for half an hour is just rude!

I wish I put no stars at all. It was such bad experience! I test drive 2 cars and I discovered obvious problems in each one of them although they were classified as certified. They are either not interested in having new customers or just don't care. Their sales person gives you the feeling it is my way or the highway. I had similar situation to what Anja mentioned in comment below with same person. Their cars are generally over priced. several cars were reduced by 5000 to 11000 dollars after staying too long in the market due to their unrealistic prices! You don't know how they price it the first time and that your gut feel was correct inspite of what they are claiming they will lose money if they drop price by a dollar!! The sales person I dealt with was not professional. Actually he told me that a feature can't be added to car although his boss told me before it can be done. May be if there were another volvo dealer in town they will change. Ill go back to BMW with their excellent customers service and appreciation.
