I read all the reviews here and hesitated for a bit before I bought my vehicle here.....ultimately when you read most of the negative reviews the buyers didn't do their work. I went to see a vehicle and we discussed price. The guy was great as he let me take it out and wasn't pushy at all. A couple days later I came back with my buddy who was a mechanic, he literally jacked the car up on the lot to check it out. Spend the $$ to do an inspection before you buy if you are not confident. Afterwards I made an offer and we signed the deal, pretty painless process and good dude to deal with. I think the deal was fair for both of us. I would go back and recommend them. One thing I read in the review was that when the person go their car home he noticed scratches. I noticed that as well so I'm not sure if I missed them when I looked over the car or if they had a cover up paint on them...it wasn't a big deal as there are a couple and you have to really look. Search your car online and figure out the price you want to pay. Do a pre purchase inspection or take it to the shop. check for liens. if you can do not get a 3rd party loan

Wow what an amazing experience dealing with Scott at Calgary Auto Connection ! I have always executed business with the major dealers when it comes to a vehicle purchase and investment, but the last two experiences were horrible. I was finally tired of the smoke and mirrors pricing game and financial surprises when it came time to sign the final deal after getting loured in by greasy salesman at major dealers. I did some research and finally stopped by Calgary Auto Connection after interest in one of there advertised vehicles. To my surprise I was actually able to walk around for 10 min without being hassled before I could get out of my vehicle. The vehicles were very selective clean and organized on there lot and the office was very clean and organized. Scott came out and introduced himself and was very easy going to speak with and offered me a test drive on my vehicle of choice. After my test drive I told him I would think about it and he thanked me for stopping by and to call him anytime with any further questions. I returned two days later and decided to make a deal on the vehicle with Scott. He was very easy going, knowledgeable, patient and worked very hard to find me the best finance rate to make the transaction very smooth and rewarding. My lease vehicle was up for return and Scott offered to pick me up at the dealer whenever it worked for me. I called Scott the day I was ready to drop off my lease vehicle and he was there in half an hour to pick my two year old son and I up. Scott was very helpful and accommodating to my son and I and transferred our personal belongings to our new vehicle and installed the license plate. The vehicle was immaculate and very clean upon delivery. All in all Scott and the staff at Calgary Auto Connection were very professional and friendly giving the best no pressure experience and exceeded my expectations and then some. The old saying “Less Is More” and my vehicle purchase experience with Scott definitely proved this statement. I highly recommend dealing with Scott at Calgary Auto Connection for your next vehicle investment of choice.

Today I purchased my first Mercedes Bens, a 2016 C300. Working with Chris in sales and Scott in finance was a very positive experience, these folks went the extra mile to accommodate my "used car buying concerns". I believe I got a great car at a very fair price. Being my first experience buying a vehicle I gave auto connection a try . They seem to have a great selection of vehicles and thought I could get something worked out . Chris and Scott were excellent in setting me up with a newer car . Their knowledge and great customer service did not go unnoticed ! I will be returning in the future . Home run guys Thanks !!!

I purchased a diesel truck from these bandits. They told me one thing, turn out another after. I had problems with the truck the same day I purchased and drove it home. They sent my truck to a shop not certified to work on diesel. They are not an honest dealership. I strongly discourage anyone from buying from this dealership. Take your hard earned money and business elsewhere. Safe yourself the frustration.
