Excellent customer service. Got myself a grand deal of 2018 for a joyous 2018 Xmas celebration & 2019 new year. The deal was a brand new 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab Demo Truck for about 1/2 price. Love it. Peter

Jason Carriere did an amazing job in selling us our Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. He listened to what we were looking for, our price range, and required features, and quickly and efficiently presented us with a few options that met our criteria. He assisted us with the payment and financing details, and in closing the deal at a price point we were thrilled with! Thank you Jason and Tower Chrysler for the great customer service and for making the purchase of a new vehicle such an easy and effortless process! Highly recommend.

Jason here at tower Chrysler was great! After about a month of searching all over Alberta I found the specific truck I was looking for here. I can’t guarantee that they will have the specific pre-owned vehicle that you are looking for but I can guarantee they will bend over backwards to make something work for you. The free tires for the life of the vehicle doesn’t hurt ether!

I called last weekend to get a fuel filter picked up by my wife. I spent time on the phone explaining that the o-ring on the water drain plug needed to be replaced as well as the filter. The parts guy has no idea what I was talking about and sends my wife away with an OIL filter. He did however look up a replacement fuel filter housing that was at another dealership and provided the information and hours of that place. (Which was helpful). So obviously he knew it was a fuel filter and not an oil filter that I needed. My wife went to the other dealership and the parts person there didn’t want to sell us a whole housing just for an o ring and sent my wife away with many different sizes of o rings, one of which worked. My wife just returned the oil filter to your dealership and the same guy blamed me for telling him I asked for an oil filter. Unlike him I actually know the difference between fuel and oil so I didn’t take it to heart. I decided to write a review instead of talking to this so called “parts guy” myself because I didn’t want to embarrass him in front of other staff or customers. You may want to educate him on both customer service and parts, and you should also show him where the box of different sizes o rings are located in the parts area, so he may be able to help someone in the future that may need an o ring. If I do need a part for my dodge, I will make sure to have the exact part number I need for my visit, as I wouldn’t want to confuse this guy again with talk of fuel and o rings and filters.
