I had an exceptional experience at Kramer Mazda. I worked closely with Krista for finding the right vehicle. She was receptive to my needs and wants, and informative on the vehicle I test drove. Adam, delivery department, met me for pick-up and he was also fantastic for giving me the run-down of my new vehicle. The sales manager, Haley, was very professional and met me both times I was in to let me know she is at my service as well. The whole process felt smooth, easy, and stress-free! Wonderful staff. I've been on the market to find a vehicle for quite some time. Prior to this month, I had great help from the Used Dealership side of Kramer Mazda (and to Mike) who helped inform me of the vehicle(s) I was looking at. My girlfriend and I had settled on the Hyundai Santa Fe Limited and it was a smooth process, thanks to Mike and the team; including Susan. So, thank you guys. Couldn't be more happier with the vehicle and the service quality.

It was a sad day when that deer ran out in front of my car and wrote it off. I was definitely not ready to say goodbye to my little Mazda3 hatchback, but the team at Kramer Mazda made the whole car buying experience comfortable and enjoyable! Even after researching other car brands extensively I found my perfect fit in a beautiful CX-5. Thanks Bruce for a great test drive, for explaining to me in such detail all the features and for working to get to a great price! Also thanks to Dmitri, Adam, and Kim for your warmth and excellent customer service, it truly was a lovely experience given the circumstances!

Dealt with Erin while looking at a Mazda 6 Signature. They only had one on the lot on a display hoist and she had it brought down for us to look at immediately. She was very knowledgeable but at one point I had a question she couldn't answer. She immediately grabbed someone who could and then we continued. She followed up with me via email about extended warranty pricing I had asked about as well. No fuss whatsoever. Treats your inquiries like your interest in a 40,000 dollar purchase deserves. I visited several dealerships seeking the right car/service experience for my family over the last several months. I would recommend Erin without hesitation.

I bought a used truck from Krista in the used department. Her and Alfie made the buying experience pretty easy to say the least. I didn’t have to haggle (much) and they were great to deal with! I would highly recommend checking out there used inventory as the have some of the best prices in the city... and I’ve been looking around for a year or more! I would buy a used vehicle from them again for sure. Thanks guys!
