I wanted to wait until we had been through a bit of turmoil together to make this post. I have had nothing but amazing service from the whole team at Ninja! From the day that I inquired about a new used vehicle, all the way through the process, and even now, months later. Stellar service. These people are so genuine, and willing to go above and beyond customer service. My car has been having an intermittent starting issue, which Colin and Ethan have been helping me through. They've been much more than fair with pricing, and accommodating my schedule. Quick, efficient service on my car. Help is only a call away. Thank you so much!

A few people said the car I bought is more expensive than it should be, but I think they are just bragging about how smart they are. In my opinion, It is worth the money. It runs really well more than 3 years after the purchase, even though it is always parked on the street. It far exceeds my expectation. The after sales services are great. Ninja is a reputable company that we can trust.

If you want an experience where they care for the customer and are not just looking for a quick sale, then go here. Colin was fantastic to deal with, made us feel at ease. Mark went above and beyond to make sure we got the best financing. 10/10 from this lady and my husband loves his new truck. Thank you so much guys

Firstly, I live 3,500 km’s away from Ninja Auto Sales and have never met Colin in person. I had no intention of buying a car out of province but I called their number inquiring about a used car they had for sale online. Over the course of almost 2 weeks, many phone calls, emails, Colin and his mechanic Ethan went above and beyond the diligence I asked to ensure I was satisfied with taking a leap of faith with them and purchasing a car. Colin breaks the mould of a used car salesmen. I felt as if I had a friend in Calgary that was going out of his way to ensure I knew precisely what I was about to purchase and then go the extra mile to ensure it was safely and most economically delivered to me, 4 provinces away. When the car arrived, I was delighted that it was exactly how it was described to me. My mechanics went over the vehicle here and were amazed with the condition of the vehicle and the work they had done to ensure it was beyond safe. Colin, business doing pleasure with you. I bought a 04' GMC Canyon back in April from Colin, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything car and business related, he made sure that I never once left unhappy and was extremely patient along the way. Nowadays it seems like a headache trying to purchase a used vehicle but buying from Ninja was never easier! Anyone looking for used cars should try their luck here.
