I bought my Ford from Eric Adams 4 years ago and have taken it in for oil changes every 6 months. It stills drives perfectly and I have never had a issue. The service has been fantastic. I would recommend Eric and the advantage Ford team to anyone.

I've been a customer of these guys since I bought my Fusion 2 years ago. Every time I have have had my vehicle serviced or looked at, it's always been a positive experience. I would, and have highly recommended Advantage Ford to anyone in the market for a vehicle or need their Ford serviced. I've never had issues booking my vehicle in, and as someone who shops around for everything, they seem to have better pricing than a lot of other competitors. I have never made a google review before, but these guys deserve to be my first ;)

I have now bought my 3rd Explorer from Eric Adams who has been great to deal with, and I have had nothing but positive experiences in dealing with the team and Advantage Ford. I have had all of my servicing done at this dealership over the years and they have always been very accommodating. I have referred Eric to friends of mine and they have all indicated that they have had similar experiences.

I have leased or purchased 5 vehicles personally in the past 10yrs from Eric Adams at Advantage. And also got his help with finding vehicles for my company. I highly recommend this guy for a straight forward and honest experience in the auto buying process. I'll be back for number 6.

I had contacted Advantsge ford about issues I had been having with my 2017 escape. I had explained I had been having issues with my car getting broken into and why the alarm would not go off when being broken into. I was told to bring it by which I did along with the need for an oil change. They had quickly checked while I dropped it off by locking the car and trying to open it with the window down, no alarm sounded. They explained it very well should be sounding. I also asked (since they were going to be taking the doors apart anyways) to check why there is a rattle coming from inside the driver side door. His response was 'no problem!' I come by to pick my vehicle up with a $450.00 bill. They explain to me quickly the tech for the rattle and tech for the alarm are different people with TWO separate charges of $150 each. This was not explained to me upon drop off. Next, they explain my model of vehicle does not come with a perimeter alarm and this is why it would not trigger when getting broken into. I spoke also with the manager why they would do the $150 inspection when my make of vehicle does not come equipped with that option. Furious they refused to remove any charges! I expect my dealership to advise me that my vehicle does not have this option prior to gouging me for an inspection that should not have been done in the first place! Terrible dealership and absolutely horrible customer service.
