Had a great experience dealing with Ken McNabb, pulled the vehicle inside as it was freezing out and it gave me the opportunity to really look over the vehicle. Pricing on the vehicles were very competitive as I had been shopping around the city for 2 weeks and I couldn’t beat their price and the vehicle was very clean. Chris made everything very smooth in finance and had me approved and all finished in about 45 minutes. I would recommend these guys, no pressure, laid back unlike some of the other dealers I went to.

Wish I could give 0 stars. The third party leasing and financing company that they use; TRICOR AUTOMOTIVE are nothing but money scamming cowards. Absolutely not acceptable to treat people the way they do throughout that business. I will be getting legal advice and help to further assure that they take in to accountability to how much they screw people.

Everything was going okay until the salesman finished calculating the total price of the vehicle I was interested in. There it is...$795 documentation fee on top of the advertised price. I asked the salesman what that fee was, and he said that they add that to every vehicle they sell. That didn't even answer my question, and instantly set off a red flag. I believe all-in pricing is the law in Alberta. An AMVIC licensed dealership can only add GST and (if any) finance interest on top of the advertised price. That $795 documentation fee is clearly a scam! Secondly, what kind of documents are you guys filling out that cost $795? My lawyer didn't even charge me that much selling my house. If you guys want to make an extra $795 then include that in your advertised price. Very disappointed.

Thanks so much to Ken, Chris and Sam for making my vehicle purchase so smooth, no pressure. Friendly thoughtful staff made this experience an excellent one. Would definitely recommend. Great trip promotion! Thanks again.
