I will not buy again from Fish Creek Nissan

I bought last year a 2020 car and since then I pay for all kind of repairs. It's a very bad deal, they supposed to check well the used cars before selling it.

Well 5 Stars isn't enough for how much I Appreciate the Genuine Service I received on my New 2025 Sentra SR Midnight Edition. Thanks to Ben and his Team I now have my Dealership of Choice...Nissan was already my Brand of Choice and I almost was regretting it but after my Service from Ben it reiterated what a Nissan 5 Star Dealership 🌟 is meant to be.....it's not about words it's about actual Service and I Appreciate this Dealership. I DARE you to COMPARE the Service from any other Dealership to Fish Creek Nissan you will AGREE. Hats off to them.... Hope the Team Enjoys the Coffee Break Treat.... Kelly 2025 Nissan Sentra SR

I had an excellent experience at Fish Creek Nissan, especially thanks to Karim. He made the purchase process easy and low-pressure, and actually took the time to understand what I needed (and wanted) in a vehicle. No pushy sales tactics, just straightforward help. He continues to check in whenever I’m in for service, which I really appreciate. The rest of the staff have been great as well. Their level of customer care genuinely stands out, and you don’t see that often. Overall, they’ve made my purchase and ownership experience feel like the right choice. Highly recommend Karim and Fish Creek Nissan.

Used car office not very accessible for people as there are steep set of stairs. Car we came to look at available but had not been detailed. Tons of dog hair in it. Granted we just turned up after viewing info on car online. Able to test drive on our own without the salesperson. Price comparable to same car on other lots. Salesperson friendly not pushy gave us I fo we wanted.

I brought my 2023 Nissan Qashqai to Fish Creek Nissan for a tire issue that should have been covered under the Nissan Tire Advantage Road Hazard Program. Unfortunately, it turned into a very disappointing experience. My car stayed there for 8 days, and I had to make several calls just to get updates. Communication was poor, and I only received a loaner car on Friday after many days without transportation, which caused me to miss work hours and overtime. When I finally picked up my car, there was no apology or acknowledgment for the inconvenience. I expected more professionalism, transparency, and care from a Nissan dealership. I hope management reviews how warranty claims and communication are handled so other customers don’t go through the same experience. Update: Thank you for the reply. However, I want to clarify that there was a long delay and poor communication before I finally got a loaner vehicle. I appreciate that it was eventually provided, but the experience caused significant stress and loss of time. I hope this feedback helps improve service for future customers.
