I had a great a experience with Scott at Lexus! He was truly interested in learning about my needs rather than just trying to push something on me. A lot of other salesmen would just instantly agree with all of my opinions rather than providing their own. Scott's passion for cars really showed as he was very knowledgeable about the custom Mustang they had on their lot despite being a luxury import dealer. He was never pushy in rushing a decision but rather just facilitated the process and made for a great buying experience. Having been a 2 time Lexus of Calgary customer himself before working there he truly understands the importance of a great customer experience. Definitely nothing like the used car salesman stereotypes. All of the Lexus staff was very friendly and accommodating and their lounge area was well stocked. They all even put up with my crazy kids (5 and 3) when we were there! Them transferring the insurance and plate to the new car for me also saved me a trip to the registry and was greatly appreciated - something I had never experienced with another dealership before. They even offered to pair my phone to the car at delivery! I highly recommend Lexus of Calgary - and Scott specifically - for an excellent car buying experience! Thanks Scott!!! Adam

I had a very good experience with dealing with the people at Lexus of Calgary. Les was a nice salesperson that worked hard to give me the best deal possible on my new 2018 RX 350. Lexus of Calgary gave me some additional items like a golf shirt and other extras that were much appreciated. I also received some really good discounts and incentive programs. It is always nice when you show up at the dealership on the day you are about to pick up your vehicle and they surprise you with an additional $2,000 unexpected rebate at the door. This shows how honest and customer service oriented these folks are. The purchase process was well-organized and the front office staff were professional. I live far from the dealership, so I regret that I won't be interacting with this dealership for future servicing. My only criticism is that I felt that the response time was a bit slow sometimes during the purchasing phase. However, it was not a major issue and all my questions were answered in due course. The vehicle itself has been a pleasure to drive since I took possession at the start of June 2018. I would recommend a Lexus vehicle in the future and particularly one from Lexus of Calgary. I'm sorry Lexus of Calgary that it took me so long to write this review.

Rude employees, Their price is not competitive at all, I asked for price match, sales person told me go and buy for them. Service advisor is rude and impolite, based on their direction I bought my car from Lexus of Royal Oak but as I am living in south of Calgary I decided to take my car for service down to them, she said as you didn’t buy the car from us l am not giving you a loaner car. I don’t recommend them at all as the other dealership is much much better.
