Purchased my vehicle here 2 years ago, and have referred 2 others since as I had a great experience with the previous sales manager, Blair. However recently I went in for a scheduled oil change, only to be told their computers were down and they could not perform any service. I completely understood this, but was disappointed nobody bothered to call me to advise this, especially since I attended 1.5 hrs after the shop had opened. I was told their phones were not working, but when I left, I called to check this, only to find out that the phones were working fine while I was still in their parking lot. I called and left a message for the GM to discuss my concerns, and was contacted by Charlene, who was exceptional. She made things right and even compensated my time by offering a free tire rotation. Then, I was contacted again the same day by the service manger. He did offer to have someone pickup my vehicle, but followed up with consistently rambling about how they couldn't train for these situations and how I was "the only one to have a problem". All this guy had to do was say sorry, we will do better next time. Instead he attempted to justify everything. I finished by advising I would just buy somewhere else. He said "Okay" then hung up. Won't be buying here again.

Bailey Munro was amazing helping me with the purchase of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee! He was very patient and walked me through the whole process. This was our second experience purchasing a vehicle with Courtesy Chrysler! Bailey reached out to us on Thursday afternoon to let us know about year end deals and the great referral program. Since we were in the market for a new second hand vehicle, we shared our needs with him, and he immediately got the ball rolling. By Monday night, after having met with Bailey, Eddie & Liz on Saturday, we were going home with our new-to-us vehicle! Bailey was easy to work with, knew his product well and was truly passionate about helping put people into good, quality cars that they can afford! I would highly recommend this dealership. Nothing but good things to say about them. Oh.. and if you go, tell them the Hanson's sent you! We like referral bonuses! 😉

First visit went great. Just an oil change but it was complete super fast and they charged less than expected. Can’t complain about that. Service tech was pleasant. FYI the Chrysler Pacifica is a wicked good vehicle.
