Just bought my new Dodge Journey from Courtesy Chrysler. Go see Jamie Eye. He will be help you get a good deal. Very friendly and helpful. For me my bi-weekly payments were under my original budget. Overall great experience at this Dealership.

Jamie is great with explaining everything and suggesting things to do and not to do with your car. Never tries to upsell anything. I am highly recommend him. Joanne was great to talk via email/phone for setting up the appointment and everything.

This dealership is severely let down by their general sales manager David. Up until my dealings with him I would have given our experience a 5star rating. Eric in sales and Dave in finance were absolutely amazing to deal with. David however is not fit to hold the position. He is rude, arrogant, and dismissive. His attitude and demeanor is one of “you should be grateful”. Nothing is his responsibility or problem. He should not be allowed any customer contact at all. We will not return to the dealership unless guaranteed I will not have any contact with him. I also tried to contact the GM and he hasn’t bothered to return my call or respond to my email. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Jamie and Billy were wonderful to deal with they kept my mother laughing through the whole process and she is a hand full. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly head down and check it out.

Do not deal with these guys. shop around. find a better price from a different dealership. Poor quality service work. I bought a truck back in 2010 from them. The truck had 28 kilometers on it. It had a dent in the pinch weld. I can go on, but i will leave it at that.
