Just bought a SUV from Southtrail. My experience was exceptional starting with Bruce helping me find my new vehicle. His attention to detail and ability to cater to what I was looking for in a vehicle was the best I’ve ever seen, making the experience stress free and enjoyable. The first few times I ever dealt with south trail were horrible, however that was a few years ago and I’m pleased to say we had an amazing experience this last time. Brad shannon our sales guy was fantastic! Straight to the point, found us the perfect vehicle and was extremely helpful. Super nice guy, really knowledgeable and honest. Brittany the finance manager was great as well. She was able to get the finance paperwork done quickly. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a new vehicle to go see these two. Hopefully your experience was as great as ours.

I would like to express my appreciation to Mike and his staff for all of their help and efforts in getting me the vehicle that I wanted. Incredible staff and service. First time dealing with Jenn at the service department, she was amazing to deal with, incredible knowledge on diesels and knows what she’s talking about! By far the most pleasant experience I have had when getting my truck looked at and serviced! Thanks to Taylor Cooper (one of the sales executives at South Trail that I would recommend going to see) for referring me to Jenn! Would highly recommend South Trail Chrysler whether you’re buying a vehicle or needing it serviced.

Extremely enjoyable experience. Danny, Brad and Luke made the process super easy while Roger was very honest and helpful. They got me into the truck I wanted with an amazing interest rate, and the whole process only took a couple days, I couldn’t be happier.
