The service at this business was pleasant. From the initial contact on the phone to the service at the counter, they were polite and helpful. However; several items were missing from my car. The trunk contents were intact. The console had several irreplacable personal items, which are now gone. There were a bunch of lottery tickets. All the good work at service was blown out of the water by these missing items. Not very impressed!!

I have not been there in person and all my dealing were through phone and email and they seem very nice and friendly people. Try to accommodate as much as possible. I was bit late in sending the payment and getting the vehicle picked up. Talked to Nikki there and she was very helpful and explained the process. They also waived late fee and storage fee for me. I really appreciate that.

Was looking to buy a car from them, fortunately last summer I was at driving school exactly across the street from copart. So for 3 months they got a big flooding, more than half yard was a big flood. So in addition to damage that all ready exists or could be is hidden, you will be surprised that your vehicle was in the deep water for couple months and they didn't add this information in description. YES BIG scam. Stay away from this auction, look on kijiji where you can get a much better deal. Also you can check the car that you are going to by not just the pictures and hidden damages plus flooding.

After my experience I can understand the low rating this business has. While initially dealing with them on the phone was fine, the in-person experience was another story. I had a vehicle that was caught up in hail/flood and was deemed unrepairable. After waiting nearly 4 months I was finally able to get my insurance company to let me access my car to get my belongings. When I finally got to my car, the interior was a mess; a majority of my belongings were strewn/dumped into the passenger area; items covered in dirt (not sure how this happened because no water ever got into the cabin); and several items were missing. They also refused to let me remove aftermarket floor mats claiming they were "apart of the car" despite the car not coming with any when I bought it. But what really did it for me was when they refused to let me replace a custom made shift knob with the original one that came with the car; this I can't understand as effectively the car will still be intact and whole whether it is a original or custom shift knob.

First time buying from this auction, I bought 2 vehicles both came back with liens when Copart specifically said there was no lien on both vehicles sent me false reports. Went to the registry both had liens in Alberta Canada. This place is doing fraud and I recommend staying away from them.
