Can not stress enough about how awful the sales staff was when purchasing my new vehicle. Used every sleazy sales tactic to upsell me on a better model of ford explorer, promising and purporting how only it would satisfy my minimal wants in a family vehicle. When I received the vehicle not only did it lack the thing I needed most (ie not dog hair attracting carpet on the majority of the interior) I also found out that every model of explorer had the same interior. When I brought this up, every delay tactic was employed to avoid dealing with this glaring bait-and-switch. Could have saved thousands going with the base model and bought pet covers. Transparency and honesty matters and this place is devoid of both.

Love the service! I always feel confident leaving my truck there. Always comes back properly adjusted. Management and entire team in service department deserve thumbs up.

Got more than I expected purchasing used Ford Focus here. Models are so popular that can't find them at auto recyclers. Greeted by name after two years.

I am so impressed with Okokots Lincoln, blown away by their service team. Making sure College Ford in Lethbridge doesn't get another dime of my money after the garbage treatment and lack of professionalism I experienced there on my first visit. It is 100% worth the drive to give my business to Okotoks instead, these guys are amazing
