I bought a 2010 honda crv from these guys, I researched them and the car quite extensively. I bought the car for almost 15 grand in April this year, since owning it, i replaced the tires, the windsheild wipers, had some oil changes etc. My father passed away Sept. 16, 2018 and on my way home from saying goodbye to my father i had engine trouble In Medicine Hat. I rolled up to Mobil 1 in Medicine Hat and told them my troubles...terrible sounds coming from my engine. They spent some time looking at it and then called on their senior mechanic. I heard him say "oh this is a honda crv" he then came and wrote down my vin and came back with a sheet of paper. Turns out this vehicle was part of a service/maintenance recall due to excess oil consumption. This recall happened years ago. The issue was never fixed. I am heartbroken. I enlisted Edge Automotive as a broker to ensure I was purchasing a quality vehicle. I spent a huge amount of money because I trusted them. I hope to have the service covered by Honda to repair the engine. In the meantime I am disgusted that an auto broker would sell me a lemon without making sure this was a sound vehicle at the tune of almost 15 grand. This is deplorable. I have not reached out to Edge Auto in regards to this as I feel they sold me a vehicle without doing due diligence and I suspect that they will not do anything for me. So heed my warning...do not buy from this company! Ripped off.

Amazing experience!! It is so refreshing to meet someone in the automotive business that you can TRULY trust! Great encounter with Dean and Robin. We took our time to drive the car, analyzing it, trying other options and being fond of the Hyundai Sonata, Dean worked with us to make the dream come true. He was open for discussions, went above and beyond to offer customer service and we are happy to keep the business in Bowness.
