Excellent Service from Michael and Duff at New Western Motors. They were helpful, courteous but without any pressure. I traded in my 2003 Jeep Liberty as part of a great deal for a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. I would have no hesitation buying a vehicle from them again.

These guys are awesome. Specifically Ken at New Western has helped me buy, sell, and trade in vehicles for 4 or 5 years now. Truly one of the best dealerships I have ever purchased cars from. These guys have all my business and I strongly recommend them if you're looking for a new or used vehicle.

Michael was very relaxed, polite and straightforward. We were presented with carfax report and maintenance records without having to ask. Test drove a nice Camry and put a deposit on it. It was the first car I test drove and almost bought it on the spot however, wanted to check out a couple of other vehicles before making final decision. Even though we decided on a different vehicle from a different dealership, which was more practical for us, the deposit refund took about 2 min. This was s very positive experience. Would definitely come back, if and when I need to look for another vehicle.

It was good dealing with Ken. He made sure we were happy throughout the whole process of us purchasing our vehicle. We would recommend friends to this place.above and beyond. He gave me best price when I compare other dealers. Thank you Ken, David and Ivaney
