Its rare to go onto a car lot anywhere and feel like you are getting an honest approach. Mr. Patterson was the best to talk to and deal with I will be bringing the wife back and buying a vehicle for sure. I think any issues that people had must have been a long time ago because not only were people very friendly but the prices were very good and I felt comfortable talking about negotiating. Calgary needs more of this 5 stars

The salesman there sent me a email from his personal email account stating.... "You are a retarded person" following my inquiry regarding the purchase price of a vehicle on the lot. My inquiry was simple - asking why the vehicle was the price it was listed in comparison to a newer vehicle. Our interaction was through the company email initially - however his last response to me was from his personal email (which he obviously deleted). Following contact with the store manager his email could not be tracked. The manager Christian - looked at khan's emails only and said he didn't send that email. Your employees are only as good as your manager. The manger was incompetent and had no integrity or honor for the company or the service to be provided. He never investigated the report - he stated this employee had only been working there a month and was not impressed with his performance - even prior to my report. They implied I was providing a falsehood - I am appalled and disgusted by the service and undignified behavior of the employees at this business. I do not recommend their service or sales. They have no integrity or value to customers. . If they act like this what kinda lies do they tell you when your buying a car? I suggest as a potential buyer to avoid this business . Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
