This is my second purchase from this dealership. I was very busy and had to communicate mostly by email...my salesman Chris was on top of things. Danny the sales manager also finalized my purchase 5 years ago....they definitely take care of their customers. I was out of the country as I approached my delivery date...the team at Audi arranged my registration and ordered me my new plates so it was all ready to go when I got back. Thanks again.

Purchased a Q5 from this dealership in November. I don't live in Edmonton and they were very accommodating and the service was great. My salesman Simon Bottomley provided great service, always (and still is) available to answer any questions I had and continue to have. Highly recommend this dealership.

Thanks to Ron Kohlman, I had the most pleasant vehicle buying experience of my life. Ron is a true professional salesman not some kid who is bouncing from one job to another. What I appreciated most was his "no BS" approach that is often associated with the car buying experience. You will get no games when buying a vehicle from Ron just a very straightforward approach. He is a busy guy though, please keep this in mind. Couple of times I went into the dealership cold, hoping to speak to him and he was busy with other customers. Take my advice, when you are spending this kind of money ( Audi's aren't cheap), be patient and WAIT for the best. He is worth it. I feel like I need to update my review based on my continued good service at Southgate Audi. I had a service issue on Thanksgiving long weekend, of course the service department was closed but the sales was open for a few hours. To make a long story short, I absolutely needed a vehicle first thing the next morning for work, my car was not drive-able. Oliver Schmidt was the sales manager on duty at the time and he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. Without any fuss he said come on in and we’ll work it out. Holiday Monday, I arrive, Mr. Schmidt arranges for a loaner and takes notes to pass onto service so they can fix the vehicle as soon as possible. All is well. This interaction has reinforced why I believe that Southgate Audi is the best dealership in Edmonton. Thank you Oliver Schmidt you are a very helpful gentleman !!!
