Excellent buying experience. Our sales rep Scott Petersen took the time to listen to what we wanted, got us the exact car we were looking for and went above & beyond to make sure we were happy. Shane in the finance department was also great to deal with. We were treated fairly & honestly with no tricks. We have now purchased 2 cars from Lethbridge Toyota, one used and one new. Great service both times, several years apart. We'll happily buy from here again. Thanks guys!

I would like to pass along my thanks and appreciation to Scott Petersen on the recent purchase of my 2018 Tacoma. This has been well over a year in the making and the time and dedication that Scott put into this should be recognized. From our first email in May 2017 while on vacation in Kauai (where Tacoma's are prevalent) to the last texts and phone calls with Scott to set up the delivery date, I felt valued. Scott took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure that everything was as i wanted, even when there were many changes being made. Not once throughout this entire process did I feel like I was being pressured or that I was being a burden in any way. When we started this journey I had made it clear what my timetable was and there was no hesitation, we are here to work with you. Many questions asked and answered. When the time came to order my Tacoma, there was constant communication. Even when it showed up 4 weeks early. I have to say that hands down, this has been the absolute most positive experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle.
