The most irresponsible, unfair, and mean people!!

They charged me for $2400 and I left my car with a serious safety issue! so I had to pay another $1000 in 2 months to fix it AGAIN! I called them and they didn't take any responsibility and said that I can take my complaint to the court! After months, when a friend of mine who works in another dealership left them a bad review because of what they did to me, they reached out to her office phone and told her that they wanna talk to me now.. So I met the general manager, and he said "that's a shame, but our mechanic forgot to do an inspection!!(well.. thank you! because I originally took my car there for the inspection!!!); He said he accepts that they made a mistake, but he is not sorry about that because it's a human error and everyone can make it!!!!". When I asked what if I died on a highway because of your "human error"? he answered """""""""well.. that's life!!!!"""""""""". At the end he offered $300 cash and in return, wanted me no

Excellent service, friendliness and concern to help you with your vehicle. Ryan at the Service desk welcoming, helpful and generous. First time there I booked my Civic in for a oil change (around $60) and they did an entire maintenance check on it (usual costs around $200) and only charged for oil change. Shortly after I could smell melting/burning plastic or rubber thought it could be something McFadden left/did booked it in and after time spent driving it to recreate the smell, they found a part of a reusable grocery bag melted on exhaust. They took time, at least 20 minutes of a mechanics time driving and checking it out, but didn't charge me for it. Thank you McFadden, I will definitely do my future business with you.

I feel 1 star to be overly generous for the service or lack there of I received. Every aspect of buying a vehicle to having it serviced and repaired had issues. From the beginning when signing the terms of the deal, they tried to sneak things in like larger deductibles. Once signed everything from warranty to the free oil changes had not been "entered properly" and I was told it wasnt part of the terms we agreed on, despite having it on the contract, signed, in my personal records. This was only remedied by going up to the manager himself and having a long talk, and making him look at the contract. Why on earth it would take 5 days to just get this done is beyond me. On to the quality of vehicles. I was told the vehicle underwent a thorough 100+ point inspection and was in pristine shape. Within 2 days this became abundantly clear this was not the case. Everything from broken gas caps, suspension issues to even the wrong size tires on the car when sold to us, it has devastated our pocket book. Now to wrap this up and avoid going into the many other issues we ran into from Honda, both with their general practices and some staff, I can sum up saying i don't even go to Honda for their "free oil changes" because that is how little trust in them my family has now. Update to response. Have already spoken a few managers, and that was a huge issue in of itself. Had to fight to have the sales manager honor the warranties agreed upon (that were in writing mind you) and was also told it was my fault for buying a vehicle with the wrong size tires. So an fyi to anyone reading, make sure verifying the correct tires are installed before purchasing from this dealership!

I just drove my first ever Honda vehicle home and it's beautiful! The entire customer experience, from the moment I walked in as a potential buyer to the moment I left with a vehicle, was exceptional. Kudos to everyone, with a special thank you to Renee Krizsan who was knowledgeable, friendly, asked me the right questions and above all had so much patience for all of mine. We will be back with our son!
