Recently completed a purchase at Lethbridge Motors & RV, and it was a great experience. We are in BC, and Jeff was awesome with sending videos and pictures that gave us a great idea of the condition of the boat we were looking at. A great touch! When we got to see it in person, it was exactly as described. All the staff are super friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase through them again or to recommend them to others.

Just bought a trailer from Lethbridge motors and RV, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Staff was amazing to deal with, they put zero pressure on us, they were honest and straight to the point. Very special thanks to Bob, Jeff and Amanda for making this experience painless and exciting. They definitely go above and beyond!

We were travelling through Lethbridge on our way south to the USA when we noticed a kitchen water leak. We were stopped at the Casino Lethbridge around 2pm on a Friday afternoon. The customer service agent we communicated with, Megan, was very helpful and friendly. Although they were extremely busy and short staffed, Megan said that they'll take a look if we headed there asap. On arrival, the service centre advisor, Greg, was waiting for us and knew our situation. He wrote up a work order and had Matthew the service tech take a look right away. Matthew had the leak solved and fixed in minutes. All in all, 1/2 hour of work and a bill less than $100. Amazing! Great service. We will recommend.

Amanda was awesome to deal with in the purchase of our Thor 26B motorhome. Fast to respond to questions and did not waste my time. They did everything they could to make the pickup of the motorhome easy, as I flew into lethbridge. The licence plate was already mounted and Kate even picked me up from the airport. Thanks!

This was one of the most pleasurable experiences we ever had renting a trailer. Michael was fantastic and helping us achieve our goal of renting a trailer for a week and keeping us within our budget. I highly recommend this group of wonderful people if you are looking to rent a trailer or buy a trailer definitely hit these guys up. They answered any and all questions that I had with in a prompt and timely manner.
