Purchased a battery to replace one that had been purchased at Canadian Energy by the previous owner of the car we just purchased. Turns out that the battery that was in the car was still under warranty so they provided me a full refund for the new battery when I returned the dead battery for the deposit. In addition, there was some issues with the electrical in the car which they helped trouble shoot and repair for me right on the spot. Exceptional service, very professional, I will definitely use this company for all of my battery needs in the future. Thank you!

I've used both All-Tra Battery and Canadian Energy Lethbridge with a good experience at both - both batteries from each company have lasted and been better value than bigger chains (Walmart/Canadian Tire). I bought our last battery at Canadian Energy Lethbridge based upon my friends advice. He said that if you look at the spec's of what they offer you are getting better quality. To be honest, I couldn't tell the difference and was some what indifferent. Since I had decent service at All-Tra Battery. However, today's experience changed my mind. We had issues with our car starting today. Jumped it in the morning and still had issues later in the day. I called Canadian Energy Lethbridge at 3:40 PM, pretty close to their closing hours. I asked if they could come install a battery today. They said yes, I was already amazed. Installed the battery onsite at 4:15 PM. I went to turn over the battery again just before their service tech Ryan left. It didn't start. Ryan troubleshooted it and it wasn't the battery after all. It was the connection, he fixed it. Re-installed my old battery and DIDN'T CHARGE me for the service call. In a day and age where service is dying. This above and beyond. This is truly epic customer service. The reasons I will bring my business here: 1) better batteries. 2) shopping local 3) because of this great experience.

Good service, knowledge and advice. Auto, Marine, Off-road, Heavy Equipment and Solar. Have used them for each and will continue to in the future.

I work in the industrial park at a semi dealership and have come to rely on our local Canadian Energy for their knowledge and solutions. I feel I must comment on a previous reviewer that does not believe in core charges. Lack of knowledge does not make something not real. Of course there is a core charge on a battery! Regardless, if you have battery related issues, give them a call or stop by. It's rare to find this kind of service these days. Thank you Canadian Energy!
