Just traded in my 370Z for a brand new Frontier! John was incredible to deal with throughout the whole process, gave me a great deal on the trade in and made the entire process seamless. Vince the manager was also great to deal with, was willing to work with me to get a deal done. Lexi the finance manager worked with me to make things simple. I even got to spend some time with the owner Sean, he's a GREAT guy! I highly recommend Cochrane Nissan!

I am unsure what I did wrong here but I am quite disappointed with the Sales experience at Cochrane Nissan. I saw a truck online, submitted an inquiry, communicated with R*****o P****o in Sales who verbally and via text indicated that I could lease the vehicle at the monthly payment I had requested including absorbing my existing trade; I even mentioned that as I live an hour and a half away from the dealership and could not come in right away; I would supply a credit card number over the phone. ...and then......SILENCE..... No follow-up communications whatsoever. I have three phone calls to the Dealership; one indicating that I would proceed with the transaction and two more asking for the status of this transaction. Zero communications or return correspondence. Respectfully, if the vehicle had sold, incentives ended or if the Dealership could not make the deal happen? That's okay. Not every deal goes through. But at least have the courtesy to communicate with the Customer in a timely fashion as to where things stand. My wife and business lease new Nissan vehicles every 2 years. We are now at vehicle number 8. This purchase would have been number 9 - But I guess we will stick to what we k now and shop at Fish Creek Nissan. They seem to appreciate our business better and have respect for our time.

Our sales person was John. He was extremely helpful and accommodating. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will most definitely be recommending him and Cochrane Nissan to friends and family. Andrei was incredibly helpful and got things done quickly and explained everything well. Bailey was also excellent and showed us the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable in the delivery process. What a pleasant and positive experience! We recently bought a used car from Cochrane Nissan and dealt with Ricardo and John. While visiting a car dealership can be nerve wracking and annoying - all the up selling - you won't experience anything but good things at Cochrane Nissan! While the vehicle we bought was a very low price point - we were treated like royalty throughout the whole process.
