I've only ever gotten service on my Toyota Tacoma done...so far. They are very friendly, helpful, efficient. Was in and out in less than an hour for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection...they even washed my truck! Not only was their service top-notch, they gave me a detailed report and quote for upcoming maintenance needed. I highly reccomend them!

I was traveling through in a long trip from Massachusetts. Needed a place to get my oil changed on my Tacoma. Called day before. They said coming in for 1:30 on Saturday. I arrived. They had a place where I could park my camper. Service manager Zach was wonderful. They changed the oil and check over whole truck. Took a little over an hour, which was good because I didn’t want them to rush. Very reasonably priced. Excellent!!! Thanks so much Helena Toyota!

They act nice, and are friendly. However you are NOT getting the oil that you think you are. You will get the cheapest swill, even if you ask for name brand. My truck (brand new Toyota) would rattle and knock for a second or two when I started it cold. I took it to another shop, and they said the oil was much thicker than the 0w20 that my truck requires. They even showed in a side by side comparison with the correct oil. Even hot, the oil that helena Toyota used was much thicker than the name brand Mobil 0w20. My truck no longer makes that noise now that it is getting the correct oil. I went through 3 full oil changes with helena motors. Who knows what they are doing, or how much it will cost me in premature wear with the 15k miles I ran with the wrong oil. Also, The parts are cheap low cost at unbelievable mark-ups. And the service techs are paid a flat rate for each job. So they have to get the work done in the quickest time possible or be forced to lose money. This means that they cut corners and make mistakes etc. Find a local small business, and give them your business. There are so many to choose from.

Do your research!! DO NOT BUY A SEINA!! They are known to have extensive computer, transmission and power train failures.
