Hands down the worst service I have ever experienced. I have purchased over 15 brand new vehicles from different dealerships in BC and Alberta and I feel I need to warn others about this place, If you are thinking of spending your hard earned money at Skaha I would definately re-consider. They will tell you anything for the sale. After that they block your calls. Buyer beware!!!!

Great place to purchase a vehicle! My husband and I were looking for a specific vehicle to meet our needs and they were met beyond our expectations! Special thanks to Brodie Saywell!!! , He not only delivered exceptional customer service in a timely manner that we required, but went out of his way to ensure that we were well taken care of.... He even came in on his day off !!! Also would like to mention Tom, with his friendly and accommodating attitude which was warm and welcoming. Thank you Team Skaha Ford!! We would definitely recommend this dealership for future purchases! Also a quick mention to the other staff who were very personable and made sure that we would be taken care of in the future.... again, thank you!

Some of the most helpful sales staff I have ever encountered. My experience has been one of the best I’ve ever had at a dealership. The staff has been very patient and informative. I would recommend Skaha Ford to everyone. Thank you Skaha for making my vehicle purchase an exceptional experience for me and my family.

The Penticton Skaha Ford Dealership went the extra mile for me and my family. I am so amazed at the level of customer service here. Just a great team. I would recommend anyone to buy their vehicle here. A special shout out to Dallas, who really made the experience, next level! Professional, efficient, and knowledgable.

Rob McBride and Pat Noakes were great. There have been some issues with my used car purchase, but Pat and Rob continue to work at making everything right. I would recommend Rob and Pat to anyone looking at a used car on Skaha's lot. ... Davy
