This place sucks. I got a price online for a vehicle on their lot. They didn't like it, wasn't right. But they agreed to it. Tried to sell me a maintenance plan for the price of the car. Forgot they where going to give me a 10% off for a cash price. Charged me over 300 for title and tags. Insisted that was standard in WA. Lie. Was supposed to take 45 days for my tags to turn up. Never did. Add in all this they where condescending or insulting. Only decent guy was the mechanic. Couldn't fix what what seemed a minor problem at the time. Nice though. Considering legal charges, but now states away. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible service. They offer free oil changes just for a good review. They sale cars that are barley worked on and will not even run for a year. Don’t waste your time coming to this place it’ll waste you more money than it’ll save you.

I believe some of the posts that are five starts are lies . They probably have their friends , families post . They are rated caution with better business bureau... They sell cars that aren’t good . You can’t get your money back . The dealership looks like a hole in the wall . I won’t trust my social security # or my identity with these thieves . My credit is ok . If you have bad credit that’s why you go here . Simply google another place. They are thieves . Blake Anderson the owner is also a thief . They give you his phone number and he doesn’t answer . Don’t service your car there either . They will ensure your car comes back worse . Good luck folks . I really hope I did you a solid and you avoid this place .

I got my new 2018 KIA Soul here. I would send my friend's to see Carl. He was great. Had paperwork done while I was driving BB around. He went home with me that day. He wasn't on the lot long. Blake Anderson was a great help getting all the ducks in a row. Thank you guys!

I had an awesome experience. It seems like they might have had challenges in the past, but we all have a past. Let it be. They are working hard to make positive changes and provide an exceptional service to those that need it most. I would much rather go here and be treated like a deserving customer instead of being looked at as a credit score somewhere else. I got a great car and an affordable payment.
